Bongo 2.5D misfire/judder between 1500/2000 rpm

Hi All,

Looking for any ideas of what to try next to resolve this issue.
95 year 2.5D bongo
Symptoms:

Seems to be down on power
Starts instantly and idles smoothly until revs reach 1500 some misfire with severe judder with plenty smoke out the exhaust and continues until 2000 then runs fairly smoothly again above 2000. 120,000 kms

Actions so far but issue continues:
Turbo has been changed
Injectors fully reconditioned nossles changed
Fuel lines flushed filters changed
EGR blocked.
All vacuum pipes are connected and undamaged


Any ideas on what to try next? All advice welcome

Check fuel quality and inspect the fuel pump. Clean or replace the MAF sensor, look for air leaks, and ensure the timing is correct. Finally, use an OBD-II scanner to check for any error codes. Good luck!
