You might want to look at the Commuting aspect as insurers raise the price dramatically if you have that included it seems!!!
Yes the 2.5l V6 is a nice engine, not had any coolant problems with the two I have owned, but they do have a similar amount of pipework as the diesel.

Thanks for this- yeah insurance is nuts these days but is the same for the Skoda karoq I was thinking of getting instead and a bongo seems a lot more fun :lol: :lol: :lol:
