Identify - Black box under dash

Hi,

I wonder if any of you experts can identify the black box which site under my dash, which beeps if battery power is low and keys are OUT of ignition.

That specific beeping stops when the key is turned to the "On" position.

It also stops when I unplug one of the sockets connected to it, as shown in the image.

Can't say I recognise the unit, but the Japanese do like to add all sorts of additional items!
As to the beeping difficult to advise without knowing what it is, here is a translation from my phone, which suggests it has Immobiliser and alarm functions etc.

Oh, that's great news.
Maybe I'll try to get to it to see if it's an expired battery in the unit which is giving off the beeps....then tell the insurance company about it.
