Wiper not working on INTER setting

Switched my wipers on to intermittent setting

Nothing happens (regardless of what the interval is set at)

Settings 2 (normal) and 3 (fast) work fine.

I operate the washer jets for the front window (and although it should operate the wipers to wipe a number of times) and nothing happens with the wipers (I have to set them to position 2 to get anything to happen)

The rear and rear washer works just fine.

I personally think it’s the wiper relay
