Hey Folks,
The drivers side door on my bongo doesn't seem to close so 'nicely'. It's not closed snugly and it means near the top of the window it can kind of flex out to create a gap.
it's especially apparent when on the motorway as wind resistance causes this gap to open slightly and air to come in...not great.
The other side seems okay, anyone had a similar issue? Not had a proper look yet but what wondering if anyone's already cracked it!!

The usual "fix" is to open the door and then push the top of the door inwards, its surprisingly flexible! The other possibility is the door does have rubber stops to align/locate the door against item 58-865B on the diagram below http://www.lushprojects.com/bongopartsm ... no=.html#2

Ah good to know, I'll take a look to see if the rubber stops are present soon. Bending the door...sounds scary, assuming you have to approach this gingerly at first

Yes you need to be careful ,make sure the window is down put your knee on the door card and pull top door frame towards you ,also check the striker plate for adjustment. If the striker needs adjusted and the screw are tight don't loosen the screws tap the plate with a hammer to adjust it, also check the door and hinges for excess lift.
