Reading through the previous topics on air con it seems nothing definite on quantities.
Diesel Bongo with the Zexel DKS ac pump. Looking at the sticker on top of the pump it says: "OIL 200cm2" which I would interpret as 200ml PAG 46 oil in total for the system. Looking at similar vehicles on air conditioning filling charts this looks right, (Ford ranger is 180ml.)
With regard to refrigerant reading past threads anything between 800 to 1150 grams of R134a seems to work.

Re: Air Con Pag oil Quantity
The Bongo uses R134a refrigerant (950 grammes) and 14 ml of PAG 46 oil - that is if you have the dual air con system. If you only have the front system I think it's 700 grammes of R134a.
Later versions (not sure of date but 2004 at least) uses only 750gm as the pipework is a smaller diameter.

Re: Air Con Pag oil Quantity
Finally got around to fitting a new pump.
Thanks for the info, so that would be 200 grams as it says on top of the pump ( it came empty) plus 14 grams for the system.
