Some Success. My van has power again, thank you all for your help and advice. A 2nd hand Turbo was fitted, I have just come back from the garage after bleeding the van successfully for 1.5hrs !!! I took the Van for a short test drive, on private land of course, and all is well.

The MOT is due now, so it is booked in for next week. It will fail but I wanted to ensure the major faults were overcome before spending money on an MOT.

Thanks again for the replies. Once I have got the Van through the MOT, i can then drive it for a few weeks to see if the new cylinder head has solved the original over heating problem.
