Automatic not changing down gears

Hi there, any advise would be appreciated.
I have bongo 2.5 auto diesel. When travelling the gears aren't changing down when the extra power is needed. Been like this a while. Any ideas what might be wrong?

Might be the Throttle Position Sensor playing up. Have a search on here for old discussions
