I'll try. 
Click on your name and go to 'User profile'
Click 'Edit avatar'.
There's an option to add said avatar, which is easy if you want to pick something from the internet machine, but you can (obviously) add a personalised one, and someone who knows more of this black art than I do will help soon, I'm sure.
