Hi,
Does anybody know if there is an easy way to disable the beeping a Bongo seems to make constantly. There seems to be a warning beep for just about anything and its becoming pretty annoying!
Any ideas?
Cheers,
JTR

There's loads in the search facility but just in next to the steering column adjusting lever there's a white wire - disconnect it and it'll stops the key chime malarky.

Lights on when key not in ignition - door open when key in ignition. There may well be others i haven't found yet.

I always find that when on the wrong side of the road there is a constant beeping.
The roof beeps when coming down!

I unplgged the thing in the footwell. I have no beeps at all now.
I must admit I do leave the lights on from time to time, but I have a 6 month old battery so it's never a problem.
I'll make a video and post it on Bongoogle tomorrow.

I do have roof bleeper, but not lights left on bleeper, 1995 model, so perhaps newer models have more bleeps

Everything beeped on my '95 model but I removed the white wire in the steering column which stopped the ign. key beeper - also disconnected the reversing and roof one (roof one in the back still beeps) from the relay in the footwell but kept the beep for the lights on.

Hurray for beeps.
Had loads of flat batteries in the past from leaving lights on.
