Hi , I have a flashing hold light, (checked the button its not pressed), and a lack of power but not a total lack. After reading other old posts it appears it may be gearbox or a connector. Not sure if there is a quick fix. It happened as I drove off in a rain storm.
Does anyone know of a decent knowledgeable garage in London preferably east or south east, or at a push in essex.
It is a 2.0 petrol 2003 tin top.
Any help appreciated.

theres a wire/plug on the side on the gearbox, unplug it and inspect/dry it out then plug it back in.

Code read it before you do anything. Details elsewhere on this site. Waste of time doing anything without reading codes.
