Post by the1andonly » Sun May 07, 2017 10:26 pm

been thinking about the bulls1t about government making diesels dead, and read a post about Flashdance and LPG
and I thought that film invades my life.
but can you fit a v6 into a 4x4 ?
my body's too good to consider changing. Bongos body!
A rediculous thought (maybe bot in 5 years?)

Take a torch, toilet roll, and tea bags.

If your body's like Jennifer Beals', I'd keep it.......
It is possible to convert diesel engines to run on lpg, either by modifying the head apparently, or making it run a mix of fuels. for instance http://www.mintlpg.co.uk or http://www.avonautogas.co.uk/avon-autog ... ems/diesel. Be interesting to see how the economics are and conversion success. We have petrol / lpg and love the cost savings achieved
