Hi all.
I have a non Air bag steering wheel that's de-laminated (is that the term).
I have see the posts about fixing it, which is very clever I may add, and replacing it. But may question is.
Will this be an MOT failure point?
Its not really bothering me and I have other things I would like to do first but the MOT is due in about a month so just wondering if i have to do it.
Happy bongoing!

No, it will not be a fail.
Good luck with the MOT.

Thanks Bongolia
That's good to know.
Have found some rust on the front cross member today which is worse than I first thought so am going to tackle replacing it rather than patching it as the rest of the van is pretty good so I don't want to skimp.
Seems relatively straightforward, I am going to do all the prep work and get a friend in to do the welding as my welding skills are marginal at best.
Thanks
Ian
