So here's the thing. One day my low coolant alarm stopped working. No initial test sound, nothing. Did not know anything about the alarm as it came fitted when I bought the van.
Thanks to the posting on the forums I was able to get in touch with Jo and her dad and after some initial diagnostics they suggested that I send them the unit back for further analysis and a possible fix or replace there after.

During our conversation I realised that I would be in their area the next day and cheekily asked if I could drop it off in person, to which they said yes! Arrived the next day and Jo's dad was standing by with a full array of tools ready to directly test the unit there and then!

A thorough investigation by Jo and her dad ensued and he discovered that the LED and failed causing the buzzer and light to stop working. So while I spent my time getting in their way asking silly questions the LED was replaced and fitted neatly back into the van and it was all done and dusted within the hour!

And all under warranty!
So a heartfelt thanks to Jo and dad for for providing such an awesome level of service! Its so comforting to hear that little chirp on startup again and more importantly it is good to know that there are still companies out there that do take customer service seriously!

Cuch.
