Aircon Regas 950g or 1150g - Which is Correct ?

On the most recent fact sheet it states 950g R134A of gas for a dual system. Previously I note it stated 1150g of R134A for a dual system. Can anyone advise on the correct amount, getting it done first thing in the morning...

Thanks Northern Bongolier, good link... 950g is it and 14ml of oil. I'm assuming PAG46. Need to keep cool, driving to spain on monday 8)
