Post by mac mcleod » Sat Nov 21, 2009 10:23 am

I didn't preview my first post so it looks confusing. Help please. Is this correct? clearance cold:
Inlet 0.1mm +/-.005 mm
Exhaust 0.2mm +/- .05 mm
set No1 cylinder (cambelt end) TDC power stroke.
valves (from cambelt end)
1 3. 4 6. 7 9. 10 12. inlets
2. 5. 8. 11. exhaust
adjust 5,7,9,10,11,12. rotate crankshaft 360 degrees clockwise
adjust 1,2,3,4,6,8.

Can anybody confirm if this info is correct? Esp the inlet and exhaust valve positions I've 1st,3rd are inlets, 2nd,5th are exhaust.

Thanks in advance.
