undneath plastic car protector fell off

Post by routhwaite » Thu Feb 01, 2007 8:49 pm

Not having much luck this month. The tray which fits underneath to stop stone and stuff spraying under the car is goosed due to it being taken off too many times and dragged up the M6. How important is it and do I need to get a new one I had to throw it away

Don't know about the bongo one but I had one fall of the xantia a few years ago and there's been no probs.

I guess crud and crap build up will be an issue?

I'd be careful at 100+ mph cornering speeds in case you've lost some ground effect............. 8)

Mine came off on our old car and the only difference we found was in our service bill,it was cheaper as the mechanic didnt have to spend time taking it on and off.Oh and as Dany said high speed cornering might be affected

Dandy

When you're cornering in the bongo, do you still try to put you knee down. Apaprently, I lean round bends and I haven't had a road bike for years!
