Hi Folks,
This is a sad goodbye to the Bongo world.
I have just waved off our Bongo and its new owner -quite upsetting really
I think it has gone to a good home and I have strongly suggested that the new owner becomes a member of Bongo Fury - it has been a great support over the past 10 years of Bongo ownership.
Best wishes to you all.
Regards Grahame & Valerie

Very best for the future, and don't forget you're welcome here any time.
Big wrench parting with Bongy, but you can still get a 'Fix' by coming to a Meet.

Very sad to see you go Grahame, after all these years, but the fact it was all these years says a lot for Bongo ownership. And everything must pass (on), sadly. Take care, keep in touch if you can.

Re: Sad Bye Bye
Can sympathise with you Grahame, sold mine 12 weeks ago to a lad in Edinburgh, any time I visit there I'm on the lookout for my old bongo, end of an era when they go.

Hi,
Sadly I'm not replacing the Bongo - well just yet anyway.
I've now retired - a few months early thanks to the oil downturn and also moved out of town but while I was still working a 60 mile round commute didn't make sense in the Bongo so I've got a grand C-max for the economy and it has 7 seats, well sort of
We are also updating our new house and not going to get much time for holidays this year.
So maybe next year when we have settled into retirement properly we shall think about how we are going to continue camping.
Don't worry I shall be looking out for any Bongo gatherings and our Bongo isn't all that far away so I hope to see it again from time to time.
I'll also be popping back here from time to time to see what you are all up to
Regards Grahame
