I use Castrol 5/30 fully synthetic but semi synth would be fine.

Yes Simon's is a V6 petrol.
We use 5/30 or 10/40 semi.

Funnily enough it was Doone that advised me what the recommended oil is on the V6 after I booked it in to Allan's to have the cambelt and oil seals done. I stocked up on Castrol Magnatec when it was on offer a few years back.
