Upgrading aircon to climate

Is it possible/practical to change the aircon in my bongo to climate control? Is it just a case of replacing controls or is the system completely different. Climate control is the one thing I wish my Bongo had - I hate having to constantly adjust the heater / aircon

been there ,seen it done it,didnt get the T shirt,not a practical job,different loom,some pipes different depending on year,motors required on heater box for controls to operate,controls,rheo stats ect ect,not a easy or cheap job,just getting the right loom isnt easy as so many different loadings on vehicles!!!
