lockng positions for benches

Post by Tom_B » Sun Oct 11, 2015 8:37 pm

Hi All,

I have taken the rear bench out to do some experiments with conversions - My Bongo has long rails - it appears that there are only two positions where the bench locks into position.

is this correct? is there any way that I can create more positions here the benches will lock?

There should be several positions that it will lock into. I think there are more than the four locations indicated in the catalogue..

I fitted a different set of rails in my last bongo and just drilled new holes for seating positions. The holes are square but I just drilled round ones just big enough for the locking pins to drop into.

The middle bench has one or two positions behind the "safety" stop that has to be overridden.
