yes, its usually on a sticky pad under a water proof screen near the underside of the lecky window switch, it has a length of aerial wire taped to the door or card somewhere too .

You should find a door solenoid then which activates the drivers door lock, its this you want to find, then take the original key fob receiver out and connect the added solenoid to your unit.

Is the driver door card where the receiver for the OE CDL located????

Yes as someone else posted above, when you remove the door card you will see it attached to the back. I couldn't do anything with it though and it was easier to just buy a new unit.

I purchased an alarm to give me a little extra for security for not much more money. However if you just want RCL you can get an aftermarket unit for about a tenner.

Mainly due to the lack of stock security I would say.
