I'm getting close to having my conversion done in the new Bongo. In my last Bongo, I asked if they could add some insulation beneath the vinyl flooring but they were not prepared to. I've also asked the chap who will be doing my next conversion and he also doesn't seem to be keen, saying that the ply board itself offers insulation. So both converters have said that the ply board provides enough insulation.
I know that Ed at Celtic motorhomes does add some extra insulation and the whitepaper on here also suggests to do it. Can I get your opinions please on whether I should definitely have the extra insulation added? I'll be going away in winter so feel like I should have it, once the vinyl floor is laid then will be a bugger to add it after.
Thanks as always

Steve
