Engine Management (ECU) Fuse Keeps Blowing

My engine management fuse Number 9 15A on the interior fuse panel keeps blowing when I turn the key. I have had a good look around that area and cannot see anything obviously wrong. Any ideas where to start looking? Any history in the club of similar problems? Any help would be much appreciated

Petrol / diesel?

That fuse drives quite a lot of circuits;
PCM (ECU), and several lots of solenoids driven by the ECU,
AFT computer,
Signals to the Radio for reversing, speed etc.

Best to start from pages 16 or 17 depending on engine type;
