Brake Pipes - What size?

I got an advisory on a recent MOT for surface corrosion on the brake pipes across the rear axle.

Planning to replace them, but struggling to work out what size pipe they are (were!).

They measure up at 4.2mm or 0.172" (ish).

Are they supposed to be the usual 3/16" ? (0.1875")

And 10mm fittings?

Normally 4.7mm od x 10mm fittings.
