wiring / electrical question

Post by smully » Wed Jul 15, 2015 8:41 pm

Hi all, I need to wire in a simple 3 wire device to my bongo.
I need an earth, 12v permanent live and 12v switched live.
Apart from the back of the radio, is there any other easily accessible places that you can point me to?
Anywhere in the van will do.

Cheers in advance.

Thanks for the advise guys.

I'm planning on unplugging the connector that enables the beeping when the keys are in the ignition, as per another thread.

Could i utilize this in any way?

Also, is there an easier way to connect an earth (an existing wire perhaps) without attaching it to the body somewhere?

Cheers.

There are loads of existing Earthing points and quite a few have spare blades for blade connectors see below JC-05 is often handy.
