V6 Water pump

Post by Mark.T » Thu Jun 18, 2015 3:31 am

Is it possible to change the water pump on a V6 without removing the cam belt? I'm guessing not, because it probably drives the water pump?

You don't have to remove the cam/timing belt to replace the water pump, the water pump is located in the centre of the gear trail and has its own drive pulley and belt.

Good Luck.

Thank you. I'll pass this on to my friendly garage guy. He was going to try and find out, but he's so busy!

Cheers,

Mark
