Front Wheel alignment

I am having excessive scrubbing to the front wheels. can anyone tell me the toe in/out specifications.. so i can get the wheels aligned correctly

1 to 7mm Toe In.
1~7mm in

PS it would be worth while checking the track rod ends and the ball joints etc for wear/faults.
