driver side rear view mirror moves abour

Hi, I am a new Bongo owner....
When driving at speed (60MPH), my rear view mirror on the driver sides starts to jitter and flap around (obviously by force of the wind...). Any ideas how I can prevent this from happening?

is it lecky or a manual one.
if its lecky and its flopping about you can reset the gearing by moving it fully forward until you get the horible noise , this re engages the gearing so the drive works again and stops it folding in in the wind.

or is it just all loose.
