van keeps bottoming out going over bumps

hello peeps, anyone had air spring assisters fitted or those rubber coil things put in to help with van bottomin out

Not personnally but from what I have read they are good. Just make sure that your current suspension is working OK as otherwise using the assistors is just masking the cause.
The assistors are on special offer @ £100 at present. Look on their UK website.

I would agree with JoeC ,if the vehicle is " bottoming out " you need to get the suspension checked out as broken/worn springs and shock absorbers /struts can be very dangerous.

There are some spring assisters here: http://igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/view ... 68&t=69091

They will help if you have a heavy load / rear conversion / LPG tank, but as previously suggested, normal suspension in good condition won't bottom out unless you're driving it like the General Lee :)
