Passenger mirror glass

Post by bodiebongo2 » Thu Mar 05, 2015 8:49 pm

So I clipped the passenger mirror and lost the glass. So I paid £5.50 on ebay and bought a replacement piece of glass, thought it would just stick in but it doesn't. Might be being really dim here but can anyone please tell me how you get the mirror under the black plastic trim of the mirror?

If its the right replacement then the plastic frame on the back of the mirror just clips into the plastic clip in the housing, just needs a bit of pressure for the clips to expand around the frame. See here http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/ ... 23#p592623
