Her inside of the doors has expressed an interest so reckon we could be going wild in the country in Cannock this year, about 8 years after I suggested it might be a good place for a Midlands meet. Doh! So all being well, could we join in :-)

All welcome, campers and day-visitors. Postcode for the campsite is WS15 2UA although that's not entirely accurate, use 52.745157, -2.000030 in your SatNag if you're using one.

For those who haven't been before, it's a very basic site, beautiful but very basic, with water taps and an Elsan disposal point but no toilets - you need to be self-sufficient in that department. For day-visitors there's the Cannock Chase Visitor Centre at WS12 4PW and Birches Valley Forest Centre at WS15 2UQ, both reasonably close with appropriate facilities

Some photos from previous meetings so you know what you're letting yourselves in for :wink:
