Suspension

Post by Michael1308 » Sun Jan 04, 2015 4:16 pm

Hi Guy's. My Freda was lowered in Japan. I want to put it back to normal because it tends to bottom out with bike's on the back and a bit of kit in it. Is it just a case of getting the springs changed or will I need all new shocks as well? I'm guessing it's not an easy answer and I'll probably need someone who knows what they're talking about to have a look but thought I'd ask.
Cheers for any help in advance.

should be just the springs mate.
even on full height springs they bottom out at the rear so check the length first, you can buy second hand ones from a breakers.
most peeps who carry bikes tend to fit air assist bags, do a search at the top of the page.

or this may help.
