Some bits to get you going:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MAZDA-BONGO-1 ... 58ba48db2c
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BRAND-NEW-Maz ... 3cecb68f53

Genuine seals:

Complete rack:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RECONDITIONED ... 3cd4923570

It's looks like refurb with new gaiters and seals is around £50 to £70 or reconditioned rack is £155 with 2 year warranty. If you swap the rack it's probably worth factoring in the cost of getting the tracking done, but at least you know the unit has a warranty for peace of mind.

dont bother even trying to do a diy recon, the special tools needed to do do a proper job is prohibitive.
ring george at http://www.bongospares.co.uk/. he has a good supply of full recon units, and can fit, but it is an easy job to fit it yourself.
