Hi guys

Bit of a newbie question probably but do i need to remove the water pump to replace the alternator and air-con belts on my 2.5 diesel bongo ?

No, all can be done without removing anything. The a/c belt comes off first and goes on last, and is normally really tight to get it on. The tensioner isn't easy to get to either. The alternator belts are a doddle.
