Sliding side door dropped

Hi, I hope someone can help, I have just bought a 2004 Bongo, this is my third so I have a little experience of them. The problem I have is that when the side door is opened it drops a little, when it is closed, you can see looking down the side profile of the vehicle, that the bottom is sticking out slightly. Is this a common problem, adjustment or repair required? Any help or advice greatly received.

Can't say I've come across this but someone might have.

this link shows the rollers, sounds like you may need to adjust one or more, they can come loose or break.
