I'll start another thread with the menu for a show of hands to guage quantities, and possibly then a shopping list if folk are up for chipping in with ingredients... worked well at the 'Squirrel before.

For context - I'll cook up some food in a couple of dutch ovens, over charcoal. All from scratch - no "freeze at home and thaw on-site" nonsense... :p

I will probably end up eating the lot and June will need to roll me home.

On your day off we can have a whip round to buy you some fish and chips at the village chippy.

Can any tell me if dogs are allowed on the site ?,just noticed its part of a working farm with cows,sheep etc on.

Well their website doesn't state no dogs

The UK Campsite website says that dogs are permitted. See below.

Cheers Tony,as Harry says,the website doesnt say no dogs,and i double checked the "more info " sections but couldnt find it saying the usual "well behaved dogs on leads are allowed". I fired an email to them,but as yet,had no reply
Never thought of looking on UK Campsites website
