If you don't have a split charge relay, then you have to put the switch into the appropriate position. You don't want to leave it on Touring when you don't have the engine running otherwise you will flatten both batteries with the fridge etc.
The extra controls look to be for Eberspacher diesel heater.

I wired an On/Off switch with an LED in it in the main feed to the fridge. Easy reminder to see at a glance if it's on. It fitted nicely in the space to the left of the Zig unit.BongoGog wrote:

Yes, as Simon said they are for the Eberspascher heater.
The trims are all the same, just the way the lights shining on them
