Temperature guage broken

Post by educkham » Sun Jun 29, 2014 1:07 pm

The temperature needle now rests comfortably in the off position!. Any ideas of which part I would need to order to get this fixed. Advice appreciated.

Check and make sure the connector on the sensor is connected and clean.

You need to do a bit of digging to establish whether it's the sensor, wiring or the gauge itself. Disconnecting the sensor and short it to ground and you should see some needle movement. Has it always been faulty or has it just broken?
