We've gone ahead & ordered our Tranzwagon conversion.
Opted for fitting a Smev 917 hob/sink as we'll be able to cook from inside or outside with this hob/sink, having a cutout in the worktop for our coolbox, but may decide to dump this in place of a compressor fridge.
