Managed to find an armrest at the garage when the car was serviced today. Really skanky, but cheap.
So the recovering starts. Cheap alcantara. Not too bad for a first attempt.

Definitely going to find a thicker alcantara, with a thin foam scrim on the back. But for now its does the job.

Finished it quite late last night.
The faux alcantara isn't very stretchy, so was quite time consuming & it'll get redone when I find a suitable material.
