Radio and LB

Post by lukeeylu » Thu May 08, 2014 1:48 pm

Hi,

Currently my radio is fused to my LB but it only comes on with the ignition and keys in. (full camper conversion from wellhouse)

What i want to do tho is have it running from my LB as i am thinking of changing it to a DVD player type so i can hook it up the TV.

Does anyone know what wires i need to add or where to so that it doesn't need the ignition to run?

There are two supplies to the radio the standby supply which is top row left - already switched by the sound of it to your L/B and the Main switched supply which is the 15 Amp top row right, this also handles several other functions like cig. lighters etc. That fuse also needs to be swung over to the L/B.
