Front sidelight bulbs new shape

Hi anyone know how you remove the front sidelight bulbs ? I have taken off the quick connector but can't see how to get to the bulb it looks like it's a wedge push fit from inside.
It's a new shaped bongo with the clear xenon headlights. I think the current info on bongo fury relates to the olde shaped models

There's a tubular black extension piece on a bayonet fitting so just twist it anticlockwise and pull it out. The wedge bulb then pulls out the end:

Many thanks for the excellent pics i did manage to work it out in the end, its best to twist them out prior to removing the electric connection it gives you more leverage.
