Don't forget to fuse it close to battery if you wire it like that

If your leisure battery is under bonnet
Easiest route will be
Through rubber grommet behind glove box i
Behind plastic trim of passenger door pillar up to roof
Then the hard bit will be getting it behind roof lining to cab light

Cheers Gasy, that's the route I figured. I need to get myself an inline fuse, do you recommend any particular size and know where I could some from?

Auto spares shop / evay
Smallest fuse you can get
Prob 5 amp

I'd check and clean the existing wiring / bulb first tho

Is it dim on both settings ON / DOOR open

The DOOR has never worked properly but no too fussed about that. I'm pretty sure the ON was working fine but has been dim since the converters worked on it. Will sort it eventually!
