Drivers door rubbing off wing any ideas?

I've had a clonking noise that's gradually got worse, took to a garage in Brighton they said it was the shock, was supposed to order one for me & didn't, so someone recommended a garage in Worthing to me, it was due an MOT so told them about the shock, but they said their was nothing wrong with the shock it was a loose bolt somewhere under neither & they tightened this up which stopped the clunking, they replaced the anti roll bar links & this seemed to cure the problem for a few days, but now the door is rubbing off the wing again, any ideas? Try pushing the wing in, where it meets the door. This problem can be caused by the door swinging too far and pulling the wing out at that point.
