Hello Bongos
I've scoured the internet for a small gas powered oven. I say small because the only place I can store it is under my rock and roll bed, it has 24.5cm height underneath. The best thing I have found is this:
http://www.campchef.com/portable-outdoor-oven.html It just slightly too tall for under the bed though.
I'm after something which is gas powered and not electric as don't want to be confined to hook-up. I also want something with adjustable temperature so anything like the Omnia oven is out too. Anyone ever seen anything suitable?? I'm pretty sure such an oven doesn't exist...
Thanks for any tips!
Steve

Most house cookers can be converted to LPG
It's only a matter of changing injectors which usually come with all ovens
So you don't have to just look for a camping one

When I said most house cookers can be converted to LPG
I meant GAS ones
That oven is electric I think
But no you wouldn't be able to use the throw away canisters, only the refillable bottles they do small ones
Think that electric one would run on campsite electric hook up

What about a caravan one
There's a few on eBay. Item number 111324840839
99p at mo
I sold a lovely one which had grill and 3 hobs on top( out of one of me old caravans )
Regret that now
Or this one 171296958385
Nice one 141255327743
And then you would have to fit them caravan ones with a flue to outside for safe ventilation

Oh of course, I see. Yep there lies the problem, I doubt there are any gas ovens (not just camping ones) that I can store in the Bongo. I like to wild camp as much as possible so EHU isn't always an option. Cheers for info! Helpful to know.
99p, bargain

Hopefully I'll find something very small.

Love the look of that Coleman one.
A steamer is well worth a look as most stuff can be heated or cooked in foil.
