broken down belts broken..need help..

Hi there...can someone please help.to change alternator belts to you need to taje off ac belt uf so any ideas??..

it shows the aircon belt tensioner.

undo the centre bolt slightly then wind the long bolt up/down, then tighten the centre bolt again.
