Post by Afcbandy » Sat Feb 01, 2014 2:35 pm

Ive just had a friend try to install a new stereo but he had a problem with the connections. He says the car has japanese connections and the stereo has european ones. Does anyone know if I can get an adaptor?

Yes you need an adaptor, we just typed 'Mazda Bongo CD radio stereo wiring harness adapter lead loom ISO converter wire' into ebay. We also needed an Sony to ISO converter as well but depends on your unit.

Halfords model no.

PC2-10-4

I kept the packaging all this time in case anyone needed the details!

cheapest on Fleabay £3.47

Be aware most come with a ring terminal for ground which needs to be (male spade crimp) to fit bongo wiring or just wrap n tape!

You can just clip the sides off the ring terminal, then it push fits into the ground cable connector
