bar thingy for camping table

Post by Sparticus » Mon Oct 28, 2013 10:15 am

I have a removable rear conversion. This has a table, with a single leg and connectors to grip onto a bar on the conversion.
I want to add a second bar to the side of the vehicle so that we can use the table between the seats. I've looked online, but my biggest problem is I don't know what this bar is called and so cannot find one. (I keep getting the wrong sort of bar, I don't want to serve drinks from my Bongo!)
Does anyone know where I can buy one of these online, with the fittings, but without buying another table?

Thanks for any help

Any decent caravan accessory supplier will have one, usually around £10.

Try here if you can't find one locally.

There are different makes & therefore they may not be interchangeable. The Reimo ones are probably the most common.

Right hand side, second from top looks like ours. =D>

I also made a thingy so we can fit the table onto the bike rack fitting on the towbar for alfresco eating.

Tailgate protects from sun and rain.
Take a torch, toilet roll, and tea bags.

Yes, thanks.

'Right hand side, second from top' looks just the thing.

it's a 'SLIDING TABLE RAIL' not a 'bar thingy' at all.
