Hi again,
Thanks once again for the steer on the rust in my previous post.
OK, so the Bongo we are inheriting has a side kitchen going into a rear wardrobe, and a rock and roll bed.
That is fine for a single person/couple, but we are a family, and would like to be able to seat people in comfort in the back.
At the moment, the rock and roll has a single seatbelt anchored on the non driver's side, and there are no head restraints.
So, I guess there are two things we would like to do
1) increase the number of seats provided by the bed (ie facing the driver) from 1 to 2, with seatbelts and head restraints
2) if at all possible, install (removable ?) seats with their back to the drivers, facing the other two.
I am guessing to do all of this, we might have to lose the rock and roll bed as it is all together, and then install something else - is that right ? Anyone any ideas of the kind of money I am talking about here, and who (in Lancs/Yorks preferably) does this kind of thing. Oh yes, and we'd prefer crash tested. Maybe I am an unrealistic dreamer....
Thanks
Bill

I would adapt a set of Bongo seats or you could fit these
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/minibus-bus-t ... 1118685760
They are crash tested and fitted with Unwin rails so rail fits in fastened to the floor then clip the seats in and out in any position you want.
Have a root on here, they are helpful if you call too

Take a look at Scotseats. Not sure if the dimensions fit, but they do a bed seat which fits on the Unwin Tracking system and is crash tested with 3-point seatbelts:

I've got a single seat from them on the Unwin tracking clamps Winchman describes, which I put in and take out as required. All crash tested and certified.
